An improvised tapestry weaving, utilising an array of yarns colours, sizes and textures. With a rough idea and a colour pallet selected, I followed where the yarn led me and what patterns emerge. When finished, taking in the overall effect of bold colours dancing together, it’s energy reminded me of a close friend (and creative partner in crime) and it became clear to me that this weaving belonged to her.
